Writing to Persuade - 10 Ways to Improve Your Persuasive Writing and Speaking Skills!

A key in writing to persuade in any venture is building a good rapport with key contacts. No matter what venture you are embarking upon, whether it be professional, artistic, musical or otherwise it is important to build a basis for a relationship. Negotiations are not very successful between people which no basis was set before hand.

1)Find common ground.

Here is the importance of knowing other people. If you truly want someone to open up and connect with you, you must find a common ground between you and them. Try finding out something about them that is similar to your interest and use it a good conversation starter.

Writing to Persuade - 10 Ways to Improve Your Persuasive Writing and Speaking Skills!

2)Compliments are your best friend.

It doesn't matter what kind of person you are, its always a plus to hear someone compliment you on something. Use this to help open a dialog and build the so called "brownie points" When writing to persuade, this is very important.

3)Emit cheerful vibes.

People will respond best to you if they sense a joyful and positive outlook. No one wants to work around negativity.

Some other writing and speaking tips include the following:

4)Mimic the other person's tone.

Another point when you're writing to persuade people is that it is easier to make people open up if you speak or write similar to them hinting that you may have a common background or education as them. Also doing this will help give the impression that you have good self confidence.

5)Use their body language.

While speaking with the other person, use body language similar to theirs. If they use hand motions or shift a certain way, mimic it in a slightly similar fashion. Now, of course when you're writing to persuade, you'll not be able to use this strategy, but it's good when speaking with someone.

6)Speak the same speed as them.

It is important to try and speak close to the same speed as them. Speaking fast to a slow speaker may cause them to lift their defenses and likewise for a faster speaker. Speak slow to them and they may look down on you as if your unintelligent.

7)Repeat what is said.

Repeating and either agreeing or disagreeing will show the other person that you understand what is being said and give them a response at the same time.

8)Talk as if you were old friends.

This may take some skill writing to persuade or just speaking to persuade but if you can get the other person to fall into the same mind frame you will find that building the rapport is much easier.

9)Mimic their breathing.

This is another thing that rests on the importance of reading people. If you can do this accurately it will create a connection between you.

10)Listen to what they are saying.

Listening to the person speaking or knowing what they are like when you're writing to persuade are more important than speaking as it will provide the information you need and will help to build a better rapport. And also, doing this will help boost your own self confidence when it is time for you to put in your opinion.

Speakers - Setting Fees For Workshops and Other Speaking Engagements (Purposely Not Called 'Gigs')

Speakers (of every different ilk, i.e., keynoters, workshop leaders, consultants, trainers, etc.) often wonder what to charge and how to decide their fees. Since I have been a speaker (in all of these roles) for many years, I've given this question a fair amount of consideration. Here are some ideas on how to determine your fee:

Sometimes, I do have a flat fee, but rarely. For example, for me to do a Productivity Power Day(tm) in someone's office - in the area where I live - then it's a flat rate. If I have to travel, it goes up some because I will be spending the night out of town, etc. Productivity Power Days are quite similar in scope and process, so it's one of the reason I can quote an exact fee right on my website or when someone calls me. For essentially all other endeavors (speaking & consulting), there is much more involved in making the determination.

For speaking engagements even within my own area, I have a base rate and then I make a final determination based on some (or all) of the following factors:
Is this a brand new workshop (speech, etc.) or one I've done before and will be able to offer in essentially the same way or with minor modifications? Are the people ones who will be easy to work with (or difficult to work with)? Often, I don't know this until I've worked with them in the past...and then I know, believe me! What is the expected number of participants? It takes far more energy to work with a group of 100 or 200 (for a workshop, for example) than a group of 35. So, I need to know the number of people who will be in attendance. Is this part of a series of workshops/seminars I will be doing for this group or is it a stand-alone? I prefer to work with people over longer periods of time - developing relationships and building community and trust. When people are interested in that as well, they receive a different price than those who want a one-shot event. If I am going out of area, then I take the following into consideration, as well:
Time zones crossed (more of an issue as I get older!) I add a certain amount for each time zone I hop. Ease or difficulty in travel (flying all the way across the country in one plane vs. hopping 3 different planes, taking a bus, then renting a car to even get 1/3 of the way across the country).

Speakers - Setting Fees For Workshops and Other Speaking Engagements (Purposely Not Called 'Gigs')

So, these are issues I take into consideration, but each person needs to determine what it is that makes the work easier or harder for him/her.

Sometimes, one factor to consider is whether you are trying to build up a market -- and in order to penetrate that market, you choose to price yourself a bit lower than you will later on...I have certainly done that (and continue to) in certain markets.

Always, always, always, however....remember the value you're bringing to your clients and price yourself accordingly. And to go back to the title, for heaven's sake, don't call what you do 'gigs'! Unprofessional and unworthy, in my opinion, which is what you got in this article, of course!

The Words of Effective Public Speaking

The objective of effective public speaking is to communicate in a clear and interesting way. The language used will depend on the type of audience and your own personal style. Because of this there are only a few guidelines that generally apply.

The language used should not be too elaborate. Sometime speakers fall in love with long words and quotations so that they become too elaborate in their presentation. Audiences expect to listen to interesting speeches that they can easily understand and do not expect great oratory.

For effective public speaking simple words and expressions are better than fancy language because this is the style they use in private conversation and they are more likely to understand it. It appears even Shakespeare supported this idea when he used some of the smallest and simplest words to express one of mans biggest questions "To be or not to be."

The Words of Effective Public Speaking

Use simple words instead of unwieldy words, where they communicate well the ideas and thoughts you are seeking to express, for example use: Opposite instead of antithesis

Pay instead of remuneration

End instead of conclusion

Raise instead of elevate etc.

Of course there are times when a long word is the only way to be clear. If you have difficulty in pronouncing the long word, use it as often as you can before you give your speech to get used to saying it.

Do not use offensive words in your speech. To a certain extent once the audience has sat down they have to listen to your speech. The use of offensive language is usually self-defeating, because the audience often goes from objecting to the language to the speaker then on to their purpose.

The use of slang words can also be difficult. To be effective the audience must be familiar with the meaning of the word. When you know the meaning of the slang word and it is widely accepted then it is probably OK to use it. Just don't use them too often. However, when starting out slang words should probably be avoided. As you gain more experience these can be added in moderation.

Effective public speaking uses the language of great conversation. The language used in conversation is more direct and simpler than that used in formal language and written language. It is more effective for public speaking because it is easier for the audience to understand.

Effective public speaking today is about clearly communicating to your listeners. Normally the language used in great conversation is the most effective - simple words and phrases are used to convey ideas and information. It is good manners and good practice to avoid using language that offends the audience.

This modern approach to public speaking where it is the effective conveying of ideas rather than the language used that is most important makes it easier today for most people to become effective public speakers.

Public Speaking - 5 Tips for Getting Past the Ums And Ahs So Your Message Gets Through Loud & Clear

Public speaking is a powerful way for a solo professional or small business owner to market your business. So is presenting teleseminars. But what happens when you get stuck saying too many ums and ahs? Should you quit speaking in favor of other marketing methods? Here is an actual panicked message I received from a client followed by my response:

"Help! I just listened to myself speak on a recording and I had to stop it within a minute. The Ummmss and Ahhhss were horrendous -- 4 or 5 within that time frame! I plan to conduct many teleseminars and do public speaking and this just has to stop now."

Here are the top 5 most effective ways to get past the ums so your message comes through loud and clear:

Public Speaking - 5 Tips for Getting Past the Ums And Ahs So Your Message Gets Through Loud & Clear

1.Practice Out Loud

If you have a tendency to um and uh, the reason is often because you have an idea of what you want to say next, but you're not totally certain. So you insert a verbal filler to fill the space while you figure out the next word. Practicing out loud will get you to the point where you are completely comfortable with what you're saying, and therefore not have the need to um or uh (or at least greatly reduce it). If you plan on delivering the same material multiple times, you'll have to practice much less often as you gain more experience. If you can, record yourself while practicing so you can hear where you tend to um and uh the most.

2. Work From Detailed Notes and Not a Script

You'd think a word-for-word script would make it easier to stop the ums... and it can. But only if you have experience making a script sound natural. Otherwise you'll sound like you're reading. That's the opposite extreme of um and uh and sounds just as bad.

3. Be Aware

This is important. Many people have no idea they rely on verbal pauses or disfluencies until they hear themselves on a recording. The first step in overcoming from any addiction is to recognize and acknowledge you have one. And truly, people who say um and uh too much are addicted to their crutch words. Simply knowing you make this mistake will get you that much closer to stopping it.

4. Pay Attention

Listen to yourself as you present your speech or teleseminar. Do not think about anything else other than what you are saying, how you are saying it and your audience: IN THAT MOMENT. People will um and uh when they are distracted from their planned comments. For example, while on a teleseminar, shut down your email and other instant message features so you won't be visually interrupted (sometimes just the sound of those things can distract you enough to trigger an um.) Don't try to multi-task while leading a call or doing any type of presentation.

5. Connect with Your Audience

Here's a fun test to do the next time you're practicing with a friend: try to say um while making direct eye contact. It's nearly impossible. Why? Because you're having a conversation and um isn't a word. Um doesn't fit and doesn't make sense. While you're having a 1:1 conversation, you would likely avoid um and uh. Make your presentations much more conversational and your um and uh will disappear.

Is it crucial to get rid of all the ums and uhs? Experts disagree, but in my decades of experience as a speaker, audience member, and instructor, I haven't thought less of a speaker who had outstanding content with an occasional um or uh. You don't have to eliminate every um and uh when the rest of your message is solid. The time to get concerned is when your audience is listening for your next um instead of paying attention to your message. So fix what you can, give yourself a break, and um, keep on public speaking.

Writing and Speaking - Strategic Use of Speech Recognition Software to Improve Both

If you are both a writer and a public speaker then I have some tips for you which I have learned to help increase my productivity. There are now devices which work with speech recognition software which are digital recorders. In other words, you talk into the digital recorder and it has a USB cable, and you can stick it into the side of your computer and it will download everything that you said. It will convert all of your words into ones and zeros, and you can transfer it all directly into your Microsoft programs.

Now then, this article was written by speech recognition software while I am on my walk this afternoon. In other words while I am walking and getting my exercise I am also talking and explaining the incredible benefits of speech recognition software to improve both your writing and speaking. A couple of months ago I was giving a talk to a local group here in my city, and I sat the digital recorder on the podium in front of me. After I was done with my talk, I brought the digital recorder home and plugged it into my computer, I turned it on to see how well it worked.

Although it wasn't perfect because I didn't have a close to my mouth, it did record most everything that I spoke about fairly accurately and clearly. I then took that information and put it into online articles. Okay so, what I'm recommending is that you go ahead and find one of these digital recorders which works with a specific speech recognition software program, and there are a number of manufacturers that offer these systems, and then use this technique to increase the number of articles that you write online, or perhaps write that novel you've always wanted to do.

Writing and Speaking - Strategic Use of Speech Recognition Software to Improve Both

In the future, and I haven't done this yet, but I plan on taking a large rubber band and strapping it to the digital recorder and then to the microphone at the podium from where I am speaking. And then when I am done, I will simply unhook the tape recorder, and save all of that information to download later into a word processing program like Microsoft Word.

Why shouldn't you harness all the technological advances of the digital age to help improve your productivity? Indeed, I hope you will please consider all this and think on it. If you have any comments, questions, or case studies, or perhaps anything that you've tried along these lines which has worked for you, then let's compare notes.

9 Tips That Will Improve Your Speaking & Writing Styles

Being able to communicate effectively is key to be successful. Here are tips that will help your verbal and written communication.

Tips to improve your speaking style

1. Make sure your speech is not wordy, chatty or unfocused. Get to the point.

9 Tips That Will Improve Your Speaking & Writing Styles

2. Do not do a lot of hemming and hawing when you are speaking by making sounds like umm or ahhhh.

3. Use the words of personal power, definitive words, words of affirmation. Do not use words like kinda, sorta, maybe, coulda, shoulda, woulda ...those are not the words of leadership. They are not the words of personal power.

4. Stay away from you knows, like you know this or you know that. The key to an effective overall speaking style is to be precise in your language. Say what you mean, mean what you say and say it very clearly. Slang words used inappropriately can blow a whole speech for you.

5. Lead off every talk you give with a powerful headline. This technique works particularly well one on one or in small group speeches. When you use this technique, spend the rest of your time delivering on your headline and then sum it all up in the end.

Another fundamental of effective communication is being adept at writing. It has been said that people who are good thinkers are good writers. This is certainly true in today's society. If your thinking is flabby then your writing is flabby. Therefore, as you improve your understanding of how to write effectively, you will sharpen your thinking skills. Your thinking will become crisper, clearer and more compelling. Your writing will become persuasive and in most organizations a good writer gets promoted.

Tips for writing effectively

1. Make sure that you state your key point, recommendations or conclusions early in the document. Then support the finding or conclusion throughout the rest of your document.

2. Also let the reader know what you want him or her to do after reading the document early in the document. This helps them read with an idea of how to use the information.

3. Write short crisp sentences and paragraphs so as to keep the document reader friendly. We have a rule at my company that our paragraphs on a standard 8 ½ inch by 11inch sheet of paper will not exceed eight lines. The reason is that we have found that people tend to stop fully reading paragraphs that are longer than that. They scan and may miss key points. The longer your paragraph, the less likely people are going to read it.

4. Try to keep most documents to no more than one page--90% of most subjects can be communicated on one page.

Ethics in Public Speaking

I'm going to share with you some of my ethics in public speaking. There are some unwritten rules that speakers follow that you should definitely take into consideration. When you have these ethics down, you'll be a much better speaker.

Don't Turn Your Back

I notice this a lot, but people seem to turn their back to the audience. People didn't come to see your back, they came to see you speak to them. Turning your back is very disrespectful. The only people that can really pull this off are stand up comedians, like Bill Hicks. This isn't for speakers. People aren't interested in your back or hearing you speak away from them.

Ethics in Public Speaking

Keep Self Promotion To a Minimum

People will always want to know who you are, but you want to keep this short. People don't want to feel like they're sitting through a bragging speech. People just don't like hearing people talk about how great they are, they want to hear the actual meat of the speech. Keep your own self promotion to a minimum and get on with your speech.

Meet Your Audience

You're not just getting up in front of everyone and speaking. Your job is to communicate with the audience and this means talking with people before and after. Go up and shake someones hand. Talk to them for a minute. This builds rapport with your entire audience and will make them more receptive to your speech.

Use these ethics in public speaking and your audience will have a better appreciation of you. Always hold the philosophy of doing no evil and being an ethical speaker.

Public Speaking - How to Write a Great Speech

The first step to delivering a great speech is writing a great speech. Taking the time to write a quality speech with useful content will do wonders for your confidence and delivering the speech is about confidence.

Choose Your Topic

Choosing a topic you like is probably the single most important step in writing your speech. It is very difficult to write about something in which you have no interest. So, give careful thought to the subject of your speech and choose a topic that will interest you as well as your audience.

Public Speaking - How to Write a Great Speech

Once you have chosen the topic of your speech, write a sentence that clearly states your topic and your position. Remember, that until you can express your subject in one sentence you're not ready to write the speech.

Develop Your Points

You will need to decide on how many points you use to support your main topic. The average number of points in a speech is three. But if your time is less than ten minutes, you may have time for only one or two points. Likewise, if your speech is longer than thirty minutes you need to add more points. The decision is up to you. But remember don't cut the closing, it is far more important than the points.

Once you have determined which points you are going to use, write a paragraph dealing with each point. You should use facts, statistics and stories to develop your content. The best speech will use a combination of stories with facts or stories with statistics. A speech with only facts and statistics will be dry and boring. Don't let that happen to you.

Create Your Opening

You want your opening to grab the audience's attention and prepare them for the message you prepared. If you have chosen your topic and developed your points putting the opening together will be easy. Your opening should state your topic, your position and your points. So your audience knows what to expect.

A great way to get people's attention is to start your opening with a question. A question can get everyone thinking an involved. Another possibility is to open with a quote that pertains to your topic or start with something controversial. Any of these will get the audience involved and keep them with you.

Create Your Closing

The most important part of your speech is the closing with the opening being a close second. Your closing should recap what you were saying in your points, have a story that relates to the audience and have a call to action.

If your speech was important then you will want to end with a call to action. The audience wants to know what they should do next and they expect you to tell them. So, tell them exactly what you want them to do and how to do it.

A powerful technique for ending your speech is to use a well crafted question followed by a moment of silence. This is a powerful technique you should work at developing.

Read It and Rewrite It

Now take your opening, your points and your closing and bring them together in one document. Then read your document and notice the words you have used. Try other words to see if you get a better result. Experiment with words until your document flows smoothly.

Finally, rewrite it. Every time you read it and rewrite it you will improve it. Do this until it flows smoothly and effortlessly for you.

Practice

Now that you have written your speech, read it and rewritten it; you must practice it. Practice it when you are in the car during your commute, practice in front of your family and friends. The more you practice your speech the better it flow and the better your gestures will become.

Follow this formula and you will have a great speech.

Remember:

Choose an interesting topic. Develop your supporting points. (body) Write an exciting opening. Create a compelling closing. Read and rewrite. Practice

Public Speaking Training - 3 Easy Steps to Writing a Terrific Speech Quickly

Why agonize over speech writing when you can use these tips to develop any kind of speech, seminar, talk, or presentation as easily as falling off of a log? Most people make speech writing out to be much harder than it is: just follow along with these 3 easy steps to writing a terrific speech quickly and you'll be able to create your presentation in no time flat.

Don't try to write out your speech or talk from start to finish because that's the least productive and most painful way to create your speech.

Most people take that approach but it's very difficult to create a good speech that way because it's too linear.

Public Speaking Training - 3 Easy Steps to Writing a Terrific Speech Quickly

Instead, sit down with a pad of paper and a pen or sit in front of your word processor with a blank page, and write down the following sentences (leave space underneath each of these sentences because you'll write out

Step #1. Answer the following questions:

What's my purpose for making this speech? - What's my goal and desired outcome?

Always start out with your purpose: what exactly is your goal and your purpose for making this speech? Is it to educate? Is it to sell? Is it to persuade? Is it to inform? Is it to entertain?

You may have more than one desired outcome, that's okay, just write down what your goals are.

If you can, run them by a 10 year old child and if they don't understand, start over and rewrite your goals so that even a child can understand them.

Step #2. What's the #1 most important point I want to make?

Yes, you have to pick just one main point you want to make. Pick the #1 most important thing that you want people to leave with. This may be hard for you to decide, or it may be obvious and easy to choose.

But choose you must!

Once you've come up with the #1 most important point you want to make, create a single sentence that sums up that point.

And, does a 10 year old child understand?

Step #3: Besides your #1 most important point, what are the top 3 points you want everyone to remember and "take home" after your speech?

What specifically are the top 3 main points (besides your #1 most important point) that you want people to remember?

Now that you've got all of that clear and in writing - yes you must write this down, don't just think about it! - You've got a huge head start on creating a terrific speech.

The next thing to do is to come up with a summary of your main points. Write a summary of your main points that is concise and clear.

After writing it, speak it out loud and make changes so that it flows smoothly - always keep in mind that written words come out differently when spoken, so adjust your summary so that it flows when you speak it.

Make sure your summary covers all the main points you want to cover. Think of your speech like a sandwich: the outer layers of bread are your summary - you're going to give that summary as an overview at the beginning of your talk, and also restate that summary at the end of your speech.

Now, underneath each of your main points, what are the sub-points that comprise that main point? Create bullets - i.e., brief sentences that are important about that point. Now you've got a complete outline and structure for your speech!

Give your speech a test run and see how it flows. Smooth out the rough edges and you're done!

Summary & Recap:

At the beginning of your talk give the summary of your 3 main points. Then say "if there's one thing I want you to remember, it's..." and then give them the #1 most important point.

Then go into the detail of your talking points using the bulleted sub-points for each main point. At the end of your speech, give the summary of your 3 main "if there's one thing I want you to remember, it's..." and then give them the #1 most important point again. Don't for one second think that you're being too repetitious because you're actually helping them to absorb and retain the main points of your speech.

Public Speaking - Roast Humor and Insults

Being roasted is an honor, but you must be careful to honor people while you are roasting them during a public speaking engagement. Joke about things that are obviously untrue, then exaggerate them to make them more obvious. Or, you can outrageously exaggerate things that are true.

When choosing the butt of a roast joke or story, pick big targets. Never make fun of a small target (janitor, secretary, etc.). Make fun of the boss. He or she is still the boss after all the teasing and will look like a great sport for going along with it.

Members of 'in' groups can joke about their peers and insult each other all they want. Bob Hope made fun of Ronald Reagan. Everyone knew they were buddies.

Public Speaking - Roast Humor and Insults

If you widely spread an insult or collection of insults, the group can laugh together. No one is individually embarrassed. The same remarks aimed at an individual removed from the cohesive influence of the group might cause someone to get upset.

Always clear your comments IN ADVANCE! Unless you are participating in a full-blown roast program, always make fun of yourself first. If you kid yourself first, the audience will be more receptive when you kid them. Here are some roast examples:

To an AT&T executive:

If a Martian called Ed's office to contact earth, he'd try to sell them on the benefits of our new 800 service.

Keep remarks focused on unimportant things that can't be damaging!

Folks we are here tonight to Roast Joe. I'm particularly happy to be here because I can now say in public all the things I've been saying behind his back. He/she is a man/woman of the world . . . and you know what bad shape the world is in.

Insult about areas of recognized strength and superiority!

To a great family man and/or community leader:

Joe's (neighbors/business associates/preacher, etc.,) all say what a wonderful couple he and his wife make . . . if it wasn't for Joe.

To a well-known philanthropist:

He is a man of rare gifts . . . he hasn't given any in years.

At a program with a long head table with lots of speakers, an emcee might say:

The emcee's job is not to be wise or witty. In fact, it is his job to appear dull so that the speakers on the program will shine in comparison. Tonight it looks like I'm going to have to rise to new heights of boredom.

To the audience the emcee or speaker might say:

I'm glad to be here tonight to look into your faces. . . . And God knows there are some faces here that need looking into.

Dragon was designed to provide an easier way for people to create textual content by using voice. The software recognizes speech patterns and transcribes them into written format. This is very useful for people who cannot type as fast as rapid writers do. It also proves useful to people who cannot type using the keyboard due to certain physical inhibitions.

How To Increase Writing Productivity Through Dragon Naturally Speaking

Keep in mind that even the fingers of the fastest of typists do get tired after hours of work. For slow typists, they may not get tired easily, but they cannot produce as much written content as rapid typists do. This is where the software becomes very useful. With the use of Dragon Naturally Speaking, you can increase the number of articles, blog posts, or web content you can create in a shorter period of time. Even if your fingers are sore or your arms are aching, you can still be productive with writing by using your voice to create text on your computer.

The Benefits of Using Speech Recognition Software

Speech recognition software allows you to create text content as fast as you can speak. Dragon is amazingly fast in transcribing speech into text and does not commit any spelling errors. It has the capacity to produce text with up to 99% accuracy as long as you train the software properly. It can also speed up your writing capacity by allowing you to create text 2-5 times the speed of typing. Of course, the rate depends on how many words you can type in a given period of time.

Important Things To Consider

It is important to train the software so that it can recognize certain speech patterns in your voice to allow it to improve performance over time. In some cases, this can take a while so be patient if it is your first time to use the product. Amazingly, the software learns quickly.

It is equally important to train yourself to speak clearly and moderately. With practice, you can speed up your productivity through the use of the software. Nuance Dragon Naturally Speaking can provide 99% accuracy as long as you train it properly, speak properly, and customize it according to your own preference.

Write to Speak Or Speak to Write? The Blurring of Writing and Speaking

If you want to improve your speaking skills, I suggest that you do some more writing. If you sit down and write out a speech, and then continue to edit it, while visualizing your speech, this will help you become a better speaker. And if you are having a coffee shop conversation with a friend and recall that conversation when doing your writing you will note that your writing looks more like a conversation or discussion, and your reader will notice this and they will enjoy it.

Writing in this way looks as if you're speaking to the reader, and it is more pleasurable to read. If you doubt this go ahead read an article in a magazine and the articles that like, will be the ones in which it appears that the writers are talking to you. You can almost picture the person on the other side of the table having a conversation and makes you feel good you enjoy reading it. This is what I'm talking about.

Writing And Speaking

Whether you decide to write to speak better, or use speaking to improve your writing, you will indeed end up doing both. The blurring of writing and speaking will improve your overall communication with the rest of the world. It will improve your telephone conversations so that you get to the point quicker and with more emphasis.

Write to Speak Or Speak to Write? The Blurring of Writing and Speaking

It will also prevent people from misunderstanding what you are trying to say. Writing skills help people in everyday communication. Those people who are really good speakers also note that their writing starts improving because when they speak to people they watch the facial feedback, and they start to understand which types of sentences and words provoke the proper reaction, and by using this knowledge to improve their writing; they find their skills expand exponentially. I hope you will consider blurring your speaking and writing communication skills.
